What is Grading System of SEE Result in Nepal? What it means:
Examination Controller Division has introduced letter grading system for the SEE Result. The SEE Result comes out in the form of GPA (Grade Point Average), with the highest GPA being 4.00. The GPA is based on the percentage of each of the subjects (Average of Theory and Practical Marks).

A+ = Student securing 90% or above 90 percentage will be graded A+ and Grade Point is 4.0 [Outstanding]
A = Student securing 80% or above and below 90 percentage will be graded A and Grade Point is 3.6 [Excellent] B+ = Student securing 70% or above and below 80 percentage will be graded B+ and Grade Point is 3.2 [Very Good] B = Student securing 60% or above and below 70 percentage will be graded B and Grade Point is 2.8 [Good] C+ = Student securing 50% or above and below 60 percentage will be graded C+ and Grade Point is 2.4 [Above Average] C = Student securing 40% or above and below 50 percentage will be graded C and Grade Point is 2.0 [Average] D+ = Student securing 30% or above and below 40 percentage will be graded D+ and Grade Point is 1.6 [Below Average] D = Student securing 20% or above and below 30 percentage will be graded D and Grade Point is 1.2 [Above Insufficient] E = Student securing below 20% percentage will be graded E and Grade Point is 0.8 [Insufficient] |
